http://www.humdingerwind.com/ This is an interesting concept that's been conceived of for a while now but may be gaining momentum for use in 3rd world countries where an inexpensive alternative is needed for low consumption use such as LED lighting. I like the modular aspect of panels or arrays of panels used in urban design to supplement solar etc. Arguably not appropriate for all situations and underpowered for most, I'm glad to see people thinking "outside the box".
