Yes,,,make sure you put it deep enough and use plenty of concrete... I have been playing with 10.6 blades for a while and have rohn 25 tv towers....If you have to go more than 2 sections you will need guide wires...
Here is the post with mine at about 63 feet. just-got-it-up-with-the-new-blades-t431.html I have mine guyed at 40 feet only. Its not up to spec (should be at 30' and 55') but it has been ok in 50 mph winds. The top does sway a little but not bad. here is the link to Rohn tower guide that tells you what all you need to do.
