SunTura tracking but need wind detection

I have the SunTura HD and it's been working fairly good, but what I need is to build a circuit that will interrupt the SunTura from controlling the actuator and use some other circuit to automatically level it during high winds, has anyone done this and willing to share?

Check out indspeed.com/windswitch. They have a wind switch that is adjustable in 5 MPH increments up to 40 MPH. It controls/switches a relay. I use it for switching GTI's.
