What type of glass is used on the panels?

I am not certain but I would think it would be a tempered glass for high impact strength.

Your PV panels have a higher voltage than the typical panel at 44 cells vs 36 cells.

Does this mean it will reach charging voltage sooner (ie. lower light condition) than a 36 cell module?

Is there any advantage with 44 cells vs 36 cells?

A higher voltage rating will get a battery bank charging in a slightly lower light conditions but the difference here will be extremely minor.

  9. I have a 220 watt solar panel bought from a local company. I want to use it to run small electronic appliances. do you think that 220 watt from solar panel can be achieved as I am living in hilly areas. I want to know more about extending solar panels, can I increase the wattage without disturbing cost of factor too much..
