I'm looking for a little more clarification then what is in the manual for adjusting the E/W movements.
The tracker does move with the sun however it is slightly off to the west in the morning and off to the east in the after noon.
the result is it never goes far enough either way the controller will allow me to take the tracker to the correct position so I know it isn't the actuator.
the manual says to adjust the d5 and 6 up for more east down for more west do I move both or just the d5?
If I move both then how do I get more west travel.
the same thing with D7 and 8, manual says up for more west down for more east:rolleyes:

With my eye sight failing it is hard to see the silk screened labeling on the circuit board as well and the manual doesn't have a clear picture of these either ( maybe a revision will )
My sensor is already mounted atop my array so I used my phone to snap a pic hoping I could enlarge it to see which eye was which.
Although it does help somewhat maybe someone can supply a better pic then this as the N/S (d1,2,3,4) labels aren't visible. nor is the D4,5 clear. A bright sky makes it difficult to view the phone screen for taking a photo atop the array.[IMG]

Both sensor LEDs need to be adjusted for each side. Attached is the reference designation

Thanks for the diagram it does help!
So I've been going over this and just to be clear if I wish the tracker to move more East then it does now I need to move d5 and d6 both down?
For my tracker to move more West then it currently does I need to move D7 AND D8 both down ?

I've made some adjustments but then it got cloudy:rolleyes: and has remained that way maybe tomorrow I'll be able to see if I got it right.

You can move D5 and D6 to move more east. If that does not provide enough adjustment, you can also move D7 and D8 down.
    The adjustments are as follows:

    D5 and D6
    • move up to track more east
    • move down track more west

    D7 and D8
    • move up to track more west
    • move down to track more east

ok got every thing working and the array seems to be getting full movement now!
Accuracy is better then I expected.
