   I have wired up my p30l to the battery first, it is all smileys but it shows I have a solar panel wired up too. I then connected the panel and smiley, but no power. I in plugged and let rest for 10 minutes and rewired as per instructions. Still power. Any thoughts?

   1) Voltage at PV Terminals of controller
   2) Voltage at Battery Terminals of controller
   3) Connections to Load Terminals of controller
