Just completed and bench tested a dual rotor generator with good results. Produced 41.5 volts DC @ 980 r.p.m. A volt to r.p.m. ratio of 0.0423. Stator casted in fibreglass resin and contains 9 coils, 44 turns each from 14 ga copper wire.
