Enphase Grid Tie Inverter with Wind Turbine Enphase micro inverters have been in question by many if they can be used with micro wind turbines. I have been testing this question for a few years n0w. The answer finally is yes. I have developed a controller to utilize the inverters to work with the Windy Nation 750, HY or Wind Max 600 w and the HY 1000 w wind turbines. All 24v units. The results are outstanding due to the inverter being not only UL approved but also 95% efficient. This now offers a better solution to the UL rules for connecting to the grid and a more superior choice then using the Chinese grid tie inverters like a Sun G. Now we can all tie to the grid without buying an Outback and or battery system. However my controller can do both if required. The controller is built for a 24v turbine. 12v and 48 will not work at this timer but i am working on getting a 12 v system to work. My controller system has all that is need for a working system.
