i bought you'r PMA. its output DCV is 5-60 DCV.
I need to invert the voltage to 220-230 ACV.
I didn't find any inverters at that range.
    What should i do?

There a many inverters that can go from 12 VDC to 220 AC. You have to go through a battery bank to regulate the voltage.

Or you can look at a windy boy grid tie. I think they have some grid ties that can handle a direct connect without a battery (with varying voltage).
