I am going to put up a wind generator and for now would like to tie it to the grid to feed back into the system. I am thinking about trying the cups, like they use to tell the wind speed. They will be bigger of coarse. What do you all think of using that set up. Instead of blades. That way don't have to worry aboutwind direction and wires getting twisted up. Your thoughts.
